Stream bundling approaches

Two bundling approaches:

1. Force-directed stream bundling (FStreamEB)
   • S-FStreamEB: simple version
   • F-FStreamEB: with dynamic geometry (force-directed layout)
   • G-FStreamEB: with static geometry
